Not entirely satisfied with the outcome?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your website or work we have performed, you can ask for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of work performed.
Costs incurred such as purchasing domain name(s), hosting and any associated products or services will be deducted from any refund, if approved.
We honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Service delivery: If we fail to provide a service as described in our quote or not deliver as expected, you are entitled to ask for a refund.
Service not-as-described: Clear evidence and detailed information must be provided proving that the delivered service does not match the quoted service(s).
We cannot refund as a consequence of:
Delayed service delivery: Our service can not be delivered within specified timeframe due to issues accessing information for website completion.
Please note: a project is considered to be started after the buyer submits all the information required for the service delivery such as logo, content & images, or anything to be supplied by the client to complete the website.
Failure to provide such information in a timely manner to complete the project may result in declining a full refund request.
Requests for a refund are processed by contacting us with details within 14 days of work completion or invoicing.
